Gjoka Construction does not tolerate the use of alcohol or any type of drugs. Therefore, a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol or any form of drugs in the bloodstream during working hours is mandatory.

Therefore, we must continuously apply appropriate safety measures to protect employees, clients, assets, premises, and property under our care.

We always act in the best interest of the company and take care to avoid any activity or contract that may result in or have the appearance of a conflict of interest between personal activities and Gjoka Construction.
Fair and Transparent Relationships
In our professional communication with stakeholders such as clients, shareholders, employees, partner companies, and the public, Gjoka Construction maintains professional objectives and uses clear, respectful language.
Internal and external communications, media information, and staff matters will be handled exclusively by the Public Relations Office. No one should comment on behalf of Gjoka Construction without prior authorization or approval. This includes writing articles, giving media interviews, or participating in conferences organized by the industry.
By signing the employment contract, all employees are responsible for protecting information. Any breach or violation of confidentiality will have consequences under the National Labor Code.
Electronic Communication and Social Media
We acknowledge the importance and benefits of social media communication but must be aware that everything shared publicly is directly associated with Gjoka Construction. Therefore, the following actions are prohibited:
- Making statements related to Gjoka Construction
- Posting videos or photos of Gjoka Construction’s internal or external environments (e.g., offices, equipment, colleagues, etc.)
- Posting information about items, articles, or objects related to Gjoka Construction
- Posting materials that are illegal, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive
