The Greater Ring Road of Tirana
One of the most significant infrastructure projects in the capital of Albania.

The Greater Ring Road of Tirana is one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the capital of Albania. This major 29-kilometer project has alleviated traffic congestion in the city and is expected to have a substantial impact on the economy, traffic flow, property value growth, and provide opportunities for the development of new businesses.
This road serves all vehicles accessing Tirana from various points outside the city, including from the Arbri Road, as well as the Tirana-Elbasan and Tirana-Durrës routes.
The length of Lot 6 is 1.320 km, and the road structure consists of two traffic lanes, each with three lanes in each direction, and an asphalt width of 11.2 meters in each direction.
The main works consist of the construction of a 3×3 collector within the roadbed along the entire length, connecting new and existing sewage systems to the collector, as well as the construction of piles, retaining walls, and abutments along the entire road. Additionally, a flyover has been built on “Myslym Keta” Road, involving the demolition of the old bridge and the diversion of the road to the new flyover. The project also includes the integration of the road with the flyover, access roads, electrical works, lighting, landscaping, and signage.
