The renovation of the stadium and the establishment of the KF Partizani Academy by Gjoka Konstruksion represents a significant milestone in Albania’s sports infrastructure development. Launched in June 2016, this ambitious project aims to foster the growth of football talent in the country.

Total Area: 49,810 square meters dedicated to a world-class sports and educational complex.
Stadium: A 15,300-square-meter football stadium designed to offer an enhanced experience for players and spectators alike.
Training Facilities: Two 7,400-square-meter training fields equipped to provide optimal conditions for both teams and academies.
Construction Area: A modern 7,430-square-meter space housing functional facilities for players, staff, and fans.
Parking: A spacious 7,500-square-meter parking area to ensure ease of access for visitors.
