The road begins at kilometer 0 in the village of Herbel, heading towards Peshkopi, and ends at kilometer 8+582 (with a total length of 8.6 km), where it connects to the Peshkopi city bypass. The alignment of the road will partially follow the existing road’s path, while in many areas, it will introduce an entirely new route, eliminating a significant portion of the existing dangerous curves that pose a risk to traffic safety. At the same time, this improvement will raise the road’s standards. Additionally, this enhancement will result in a reduction of the road’s length by approximately 2.4 km.
